Аннотация: обобщены результаты комплексного лечения 378 пациентов острым калькулёзным холециститом, осложнённым гнойным холангитом. Всем больным проведена предоперационная консервативная терапия, в случаях без эффективности выполнены операции, которые выделены в 3 группы. Больным первой группы с деструктивным холециститом, перитонитом выполнена экстренная холецистэктомия, холедохолитотомия, санирование и наружное дренирование гепатикохоледоха, во второй группе больным предварительно выполнена эндоскопическая папилосфинктеротомия с декомпрессией жёлчных путей назобилиарным дренированием. В третьей группе больных производили эндоскопическую декомпрессию и санацию жёлчных путей с последующим выполнением отсроченной лапароскопической или минилапаратомной холецистэктомии. При сравнительном изучении результатов хирургического лечения острого калькулёзного холецистита, осложнённого гнойным холангитом, наилучшие результаты получены в 3 группе больных.

Abstract: the article raises the question of modern views on the pathogenesis and algorithms for diagnosing metabolic syndrome in children. The close relationship of violations of the morpho functional state of the hepatobiliary system and the pancreas with the development of hormonal and metabolic disorders is shown.

Abstract: the review addresses the issues of etiology and pathogenesis, classification and treatment of such complications of diabetes mellitus as diabetic foot syndrome (DFS). The role of micro- and macroangiopathy, peripheral diabetic neuropathy, foot deformities and infection of damaged tissues as the main factors in the development of DFS is characterized.

Abstract: сhronic heart failure (CHF) is a serious problem for all developed countries of the world, despite significant progress in treatment, since the prognosis of these patients remains unfavorable. This is primarily due to the aging of the population, since a sufficient number of drugs have appeared that have a positive effect on the life expectancy of these patients. However, the introduction of centers for monitoring patients with CHF will be able to prolong and improve the quality of life of patients with CHF.
